履帶底盤的優點是著地面積比車輪式大,所以著地壓強;另外與路面粘著力較強,所能提供的驅動力大。履帶底盤通過將環狀的循環履帶環繞在驅動輪和一系列滾輪外側,使車輪不直接于地面接觸,而是通過循環履帶于地面發生作用,再通過驅動輪帶動履帶,實現車輪在履帶上的相對滾動的同時,履帶在地面反復向前鋪設,從而帶動底盤運動。

本產品設計用于接收散裝顆粒。直接從大容量自卸卡車,以最高625m3/小時的給料速度(速度取決于物料密度)接收密度最大為1.6 t/m3的散裝顆粒,并直接運輸到一個移動粉碎設備、篩選設備或其他工藝設備。
This product is designed to receive bulk particles. Receicing the bulk particles which the maximum density is 1.6 t/m3, and in the max feending speed of 625 m3/h(the speed depends on the material density), and the bulk patrticles will be transported directly from large-capacity dump truck to a mobile crushing plant, screening equipment or other process equipment.
堆料裝置適用于各種塊狀、粒狀等松散物料堆場堆料。它包括:行走機構;進料裝置;皮帶機系統;臂架俯仰機構;臂架旋轉機構;液壓控制系統;司機室;配電系統(移動式電站或電纜卷筒)等。
